Tour Highlights:

Secret Beach

Accessible through a small opening in a cliff, offering a secluded cove with pristine waters and dramatic rock formations.. The Secret Beach is a highlight and a must-see. All you'll see is a massive wall of limestone cliffs, with no sign of a beach. Swim across the gap between the high cliffs to reach the Secret Beach. Behind the wall enclosing it, a wonderful surprise in the form of a secret, undeveloped beach awaits you. Separated from the ocean through a small keyhole-like opening, Secret Beach is only accessible by swimming through this door size opening through a narrow crevice in a rock wall. The Tour Guide awaits you on the side of the opening, waits for the water to gush out then he grabs you and throws you in... Here you'll see a beach surrounded by limestone cliffs which cannot be seen from open sea. Wow just WOW. Same as secret lagoon, try to enter this beach when there are only a few tourists. Best way to enjoy this is to book a private tour and head out an hour early and make it your first stop.

Hidden Beach

A small paradisiac cove concealed by limestone rock and impossible to see from the open sea. Hidden beach are surrounded by limestone rocks formations. The swimming area resembles a natural infinity pool with crystal clear waters. The serenity of the place is manifested with the whistling of birds. Survivor Sweden finished their three month filming at this beach. This beach still has the some of the props used at the show. What makes this beach awesome is the cliff guarding the beach. This beach cannot be seen from open sea. You'll have to swim for five minutes ten it gets to be waist to knee deep as you walk to the beach tucked in on the left hand side. Better to try to float as the corals and rocks can scratch you. If you are facing the beach on the right hand side you'll see Nemo! Make sure you ask our Hello El Nido Tour Guide to show you. There are over three black/brown seaweed safe havens for these endangered fish. Explore the beach to see where the tribal members slept. There are three beaches where they camped out.

Matinloc Shrine

Located on Matinloc Island, this site offers panoramic views of the surrounding seascape and is a historical landmark. Known as Shrine of the Blessed Virgin, Matinloc boasts two fantastic snorkeling areas. Matinloc is heart in "Kuyunin" El Nido's local dialect. The island is shaped like a heart from aerial view. Best spot to take a selfie is at Matinloc. Climb the leveled out limestones to the top of the mountain, there you'll find a table top and take the "selphie" similar to the photo gallery. A few stories have circulated about this shrine and island. The one that intrigues me is the hidden treasure that was found by the previous owner then abandoning it. Supposedly they purchased this island and pretended they wanted to build this shrine/convent only to dig up the treasure from World War II.

Tapiutan Island

Features tranquil sandy beaches perfect for relaxation and opportunities for snorkeling amidst vibrant marine life. Tapiutan is the most remote island in El Nido’s Bacuit Archipelago. It is located parallel to Matinloc Island and located in the South China Sea. To get between the two isles, boats have to sail through a narrow pass dotted with imposing cliffs. This gives the trip some sort of a mysterious and enchanting vibe. Smaller boats may have a bit of trouble reaching the spot since the island faces the open sea. The island is home to Talisay Beach and Star Beach, which are staples of El Nido’s Tour C island-hopping option. Venture further out the bay of Tapiutan Island and you can see the island’s rich marine life. This makes the spot perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. Star Beach, considered as one of the best beaches in El Nido, is right here on this island. Star Beach is a twin beach – one part is teeming with corals (which make it the spot for snorkeling) and the other part is made of fine white sand, which makes it more suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

Helicopter Island

Named for its unique shape resembling a helicopter from afar, offering stunning beaches and excellent snorkeling spots. Dilumacad Island, also known as Helicopter Island, earned its name from the shape it assumes when viewed from a distance — a helicopter. Its silky cream-colored sand and turquoise waters will draw you in and hold your attention once you get closer. It is a great location for unwinding and taking in the stunning seaside scenery. Helicopter island dive spots offer a very wide variety of marine life and an amazing collection of corals. Sea grass develops on the sandy bed during the summer. Green sea turtles use it as a feeding area. All seven of the anemon fish species found in Bacuit Bay can only be found here.

Visit People’s Park in the Sky Tagaytay which is just 11 to 15 minutes drive away from Tagaytay Picnic Grove

People's Park in the Sky is located in Mt. Gonzales, Tagaytay City overlooking the whole of Tagaytay and the neighboring provinces. It was once envisioned to be the Palace in the Sky or the vacation house of the family of the late Pres. Ferdinand Marcos with a budget of US$ 10 million. A round-the-clock construction started in 1981. It was stopped when former senator Benigno Aquino, Jr. was assassinated in 1983. The triumph of the Edsa Revolution also relinquished the dream of completing the project. The place was abandoned and was declared structurally risky. Shanties proliferated along the highway leading to the area. In 1994, President Fidel V. Ramos instructed the DOT secretary to rehabilitate the "palace." By January 1996, the plan had not moved. The President then ordered the immediate rehabilitation of the "palace" to serve as a "People's Park" to be enjoyed by the poor and ordinary tourists. With this directive, the Tagaytay City government assumed the major role.

Intramuros Grounds

Located south of the Pasig River and east of Manila Bay, the Walled City of Intramuros in Manila was built by the Spaniards about 400 years ago as their political and military base in Asia. It is one of the top tourist spots in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Apart from the 4.5-km wall, from which the name is derived ("within the walls"), other defensive structures used to surround the city, such as moats, cannons, bulwarks, and javelins. These fortifications not only protected Intramuros from man-made disasters but also fended off threats from Chinese pirates, Dutch forces, and other invaders. Despite being heavily influenced by Spanish architecture, with grandiose baroque church designs, renovations have also revealed Chinese influences. However, some structures were not restored after the destruction of multiple wars and remain as ruins today.

Fort Santiago

Fort Santiago is one of the oldest fortifications in Manila, built by the Spaniards in 1571 on the site of a palisaded structure of logs and earth constructed by Rajah Soliman in the native settlement called Maynila. Recognizing the strategic location where the Pasig River flows into Manila Bay, the colonizers built the fort. It was destroyed in 1574 during a Chinese attack led by Limahong, but a stone fort was constructed between 1589 and 1592 and was later repaired and extended after being damaged by the 1645 earthquake. Spanish, British, American, and Japanese occupation forces used the fort as their headquarters and a prison for men, women, children, and soldiers. After its destruction during the Battle of Manila in 1945, the fort was used by the U.S. Transportation Corps as a depot until it was turned over to the Philippine government in 1946. In 1950, Fort Santiago was declared a Shrine of Freedom, and restoration began the following year. Today, it stands as a memorial to the victims of World War II and the sacrifices of the Filipino people in pursuit of freedom.

Casa Manila

The Casa Manila, or “Manila House,” is a living museum showcasing the lifestyle of an affluent Filipino family during the late Spanish colonial period. The façade of Casa Manila was patterned after a house that once stood on Jaboneros Street in the Chinese district of Binondo in the 1850s. The interior decor follows the tastes of the late 19th century, with furniture and furnishings sourced from Europe and China. Painted walls, crystal chandeliers, carved traceries, Chinese ceramics, and gilded furniture reflect the elegance and luxury of a 19th-century Manila house. The house is accessed through the zaguan, a wide stone-paved passageway under the house that leads to the patio. Both the zaguan and patio are paved with Piedra China or Chinese granite, which was once used as ballast in Chinese trading junks. The enclosed courtyard, or patio, is a common feature of Spanish colonial houses in Intramuros. The patio helps cool the rooms of the house facing it. At the far end is the caballeriza or stables, where horses and carriages are kept.

Visit the Chinese Cemetery

IN THE Manila Chinese Cemetery, the dead live extravagantly. Boasting big mausoleums with oil paintings, restrooms, and caretakers, the expansive cemetery is a sanctuary for the dead and a place for solace and silence for the living. Home to diverse and grandiose architecture, the Manila Chinese Cemetery strives to preserve a decades-long Chinese-Filipino heritage by simply keeping its doors open.
